    I purchased a stove and refrigerator from **************** store. ***** uses his company to deliver their appliances. The delivery drivers delivered the appliances, but did not install them. They refused. After several phone calls and complaints, they finally sent someone back to install the appliances. The stove and fridge both quit working. ******* came out with a technician who said the stove stopped working because the install installation company did not install the stove properly. There was a loose s**** that caused the stove to catch fire. Lowes and ******* both said it is Diakon responsibility sent it was not installed and properly. They are refusing to come fix the stove. Its a simple repair and it is their responsibility to fix it.

    We purchased a washer and dryer combo on 11/02/23 at ******, was told that we would receive a call on Friday 11/03, regarding delivery because they don't carry appliances in the store. Hadn't received a call by 4:00 pm on Friday 11/03 so I called them to verify that there was a delivery scheduled and obtain the delivery information, I was told that I would be receiving the appliances between the hours of 3:15 pm and 7:15 pm Saturday 11/04 and would get a call closer to that scheduled delivery for a more approximate delivery window. I get a call from the delivery person stating that he had my dryer but not the washer because there was damage reported to the washer, and someone would call with a scheduled delivery date for that?!?! I called the delivery office and spoke with Kaliegh which informed me that they went ahead and scheduled a delivery for the washer on Sunday 11/05 between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. I am not sure why someone wouldn't have called to begin with to inform me what was going on and to schedule something with me, so I asked to speak with the manager. ******* had gotten someone who answered the phone as this is the manager, I asked her one why wasn't I contacted and two why is it ok to just push something that was supposed to be taken care of off and think that the consumer would be perfectly fine with it no questions asked. The manager then started speaking over everything I was trying to say, I then called and merged the call to ****** to explain the situation to them and she dropped the call. I then tried to cancel my order with ****** and they told me I had to call told me I had to call the delivery office back and speak with them. I spoke with ****** asked her to cancel my order and she also provided me with the "manager's" name which was ******.

    On August 14th, 2023 Diakon delivered my new refrigerator that I had purchased through Lowes. ***** hired Diakon as a 3rd party service, which I was unaware of until the delivery. Within 1 week of delivery the floors in my entire living room buckled severely. I called Lowes and they referred me to Diakon. Diakon sent someone out who showed me the water line had been damaged upon installation causing water to leak into my living room, 95% of the flooring has buckled to the point that the wood tiles are standing up, and part of the new flooring in my kitchen is damaged. During the 4 weeks, I have called Diakon multiple times, sometimes multiple times a day, reached them one time only to be told that they have 1 lady who handles claims and she is "behind". Communication went dead (on there end) so I called Lowes on 86th street only to be ignored, I went up there and was given the run around, called Lowes Corporate many many times and have been given the run around. Finally, about a week and a half ago, Diakon sent the claims girl out and she took pictures stating that I needed to get 3 estimates and send to her and they'd "pay for the claim". I called last week to see where I send the estimates and a man answered saying the lady quit and they didn't knw what I was taking about. I am elderly and all this time, the water was never remediated, there is a strong odor of mildew in my home, I cannot walk in my living room for safety hazards (the floor is severely buckled), and I don't know what to do. This has been extremely stressful for me and I'm getting the run around from both Lowes on 86th, Lowes Corporate, and Diakon. I need help. I've attached a few pictures of the floors but can send many more if needed.
