    Floors for you customer service is terrible. I called them to look at my floors for repair and they refused to come out because the floors had been repaired in the past. No questions on how they were repaired or what actually happened. Stay away from this business.

    Our vinyl plank flooring is coming apart after 5 years. We called them and they came out. They said we would have to pay out of pocket because we were past their one year labor warranty. Despite the poor job they did initially we were willing to have them fix it. We were texted a quote. We asked for a second quote eliminating part of the work. We received the text on 6/12 at 4:56. We replied that day at 5:17 that the quote looks good and to put us on the schedule. We never heard back so we texted again today 6/29 and the response from them via text was that there is no longer stock at the manufacturer and they told us to hurry. We did immediately respond. They said someone called us but no one called. Now we are screwed with a badly installed floor.
