    I ordered a Breitling superocean and it cost me over $2,700.00 back on Jan 25, 2025. The site said that my order would ship on 4-5 weeks and it is going on months now. Well today I received a weird message from touch of modern saying I received a credit of over $249.00 from them and that my order insurance was cancelled. Nothing about the status of my order and I have decided to file a complaint with you all to get my money back. I have emails showing I reached out to the site customer service and got the run around. Now I want my money back and no credit with them and I do not trust ordering anything from their site again. I have the screenshot of my order also and several emails to prove my claim. Thank you for your help.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I am not satisfied based on the language of possibly receiving company credit. I have attached the latest email that includes me receiving a full total refund and do not wish to ever use the website/app ever again. This was a horrible experience the email responses I received in response should have gone into greater detail and also gave honest information as a consumer spending $2,711.41 and not receiving anything but a $249.00 credit isn't going to cut it. Below is what the email response I would be in favor of as follows:

    Unfortunately, due to an inventory error, we were unable to secure the item from our supplier. A full refund is currently being processed to your original payment method. The $249 store credit was issued as a one-time courtesy for the inconvenience.
     
    We sincerely regret the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you have any further questions or documents you'd like us to review, please feel free to send them our way.

    On December 24th, of 2024, I placed an order with Touch of Modern for an item valued at: $89.99 plus shipping and handling. It came out to about $100.00. I have never received the order or a refund after contacting them multiple times, and the business has closed out the support ticket as "Solved." I have tried contacting them via phone and no one ever returns calls or answers. I was a full refund, or the item.
