      We called today (Wednesday before Thanksgiving) about a broken pipe with an inside water leak from a frozen garden hose connection. We were told they could get an assessment scheduled for Monday. In less than an hour Josh showed up to do the assessment to make sure the leak had stopped. He said he was close by when he got the call and thought he could allay our fears with an assessment today. All was good and we are scheduled for repair on Wednesday. Couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful!

      They showed up 20 minutes after I called, and had the problem solved in no time. Very impressed the work, and the short wait time, quick resolution. Would recommend to anyone

      I called Summers out because they were offering a good deal on furnace cleanings. The Technician removed my furnace door and told me I needed to replace my furnace. I asked him how he could tell just be removing the door. He said, "Your furnace is 13 years old which is past normal life expectancy and will give out any time, so save yourself some grief and replace it now." I told him it was working fine and I didn't want to replace it. After some back and forth debate, he moved forward with the cleaning and told me my heat exchanger had a crack and the furnace needed to be shutdown and replaced immediately. I ended up calling out another company and they disagreed with Summers' assessment and also said Summers quoted price for a new furnace was ridiculously high. I later found out Summers' Technicians are paid commission on their sales and repairs. In other words, instead of trying to service customers as reasonably as possible, their Technicians are incented to increase repair work and push sales, in this case when the item they were pushing wasn't needed. That creates a direct conflict of interest for their Technicians. Not a very service oriented was to do business.

      Chad came out and out of 4 companies in total that was called and came out he explained it better than the rest and took his time to explain and show us just what was happening inside our furnace, really great friendly guy

      Zero stars. These people took advantage of me and my situation. I shouldve known better but my air conditioner quit working and had to be replaced. I called Summers because of their positive reviews and now know how important it is to leave factual reviews. They charged me $21,445 for an air conditioner, a furnace and labor to install. They used the existing ductwork. They made it sound like this pricing is completely normal ITS NOT!! They said everyone pays the same price for systems at each level. They took advantage of my situation and my lack of knowledge. They are the professionals but they cannot be trusted to be honest. Yes, I got a new air conditioner and furnace but was seriously overcharged. These people should not be allowed to mislead customers. They also bad mouthed their competitors- shouldve been a red flag for me. They will not provide me an itemized receipt, after multiple requests, because they know they are dishonest THIEVES! Wish Id never called them.

      Summers offers customers different package levels each level offer enhanced equipment and service, customer choose a package that included a high efficiency furnace (97%) WIFI thermostat and choose 60 months 0% financing. We have no records of the customer calling in regarding paperwork, customer was provided an invoice.
