    I purchased the Program "TeamClassifieds" from *************************** on 01/12/24! The Charge of $9.70 Monthly. But the login details sent me is invalid/wrong!So I sent am email to her, to correct this issue. Then she billed me again in February 2024. Then I received a message that my next payment of $9.70 will be charged in March 2024!After sending her an email concerning the March payment, because I had Canceled my Subscription on January 22, 2024, because I was unable to use the program because of Invalid Login Information! I Requested my Full Refund for **************** for 2 Months - totaling $19.40! *************************** stated she would send me the refund!Then about 2 weeks later, she sent 2 different emails stating she was moving, after I stated I would be filing a complaint! Stating she was moving, I guess she would hope - I would leave the matter along!It has been over a month, so I see she do not plan to send the refund!I have used the BBB service many times over the years!
