    On multiple occasions, I've walked in to purchase a nicotine vape, and I've been offered to try ones, right out of the box, and I've watched the cashier, ***, put it back in the box after using it and back on the shelf. I went in today to return a vape I bought the day before bc it was burnt out and did not taste right. I only vape this kind and flavor. So I know when it's not right. And was told they couldn't do anything about it. I w also witnessed minors walking in and waiting until everyone is gone to buy a vape illegally. Which I have reported to local law enforcement. The bathrooms are very dirty. Food is not sanitary. Will not be going back.

    This the owner of the gas station, I received a complaint about ********, ****** About having a Bad vape She came in and tried to return it when it had scratches And dirt ****s on the tip of the vape I immediately thought that it was used And I cant return used Vapes And we have a policy You have 24 hours after you purchase to return the vape,  she came in the store to try to return it. I said no she started yelling screaming as I maintained my cool. She threatened us That she would Make a complaint That we sell too Minors So She can try to get a free vape When we never do that we have proofs That we dont sell to minors At all. She also mentioned our restrooms When its the cleanest in town we clean our restrooms twice a day And our food We sanitize Our Kitchen we keep it clean after every cook. We have every cleaning product in order to keep it clean. Its obvious She made this complaint Because we didnt give her what she needed When weve been given her and her husband deals On deals. And if a vape is given back in the 24 hour **** and we find it damaged, we return it, but we do that because we are nice because our warehouse that we get the vapes from will not accept any refunds that have damage vapes. Its unacceptable For her to make a bad Complaint On behalf of the gas station I urge you To do something about this Because this is probably the third business that shes done it to. We have awards From excise cops that we dont sell to minors.
