    We hired and paid over $13k for our patio to be demolished and a new one built. The entire process was terrible. Nobody's knew what they were doing. We had to have a bunch of repairs and there is still so much wrong. Not one thing is correct, from the concrete that was poured, to the electrical, and also the railing. I would never recommend them.

    Unfortunately, we have had the same as others . We are due to go to court in April 2024.We hired Bestside to do a complete demo of a ranch home and build a 2 story house. We chose them because we knew one of the owners, ********************* and felt it would help the trust on such a large project. The project took 9+ months instead of the 3 with significant support from ourselves. We could not get anyone to show up when they said, causing us to miss a ton of work. We would then receive questionable or extremely poor work and it would take forever to get anyone back out to fix it. This project ended up over 200k of our lifes savings to build our dream home. I made the mistake at the very end to trust in the repairs list to be fulfilled and paid the final payment due to being on an organ transplant list and receiving calls. The company ghosted us and the owner we knew quit the next week. To repair the work, including sinking floors, two leaking showers, used landscape wood used as joists in crawl space, mold from leaks, incorrect new utility installs, missing insulation/leaks in walls, and ducts covered with drywall, we are over 100k of repair quotes. This week we have been told to relocate because the mold in our crawlspace from the shower leaks is bad. This is devastating and we are unsure how we will be able to repair our home and the company just bought a new building for themselves.
