    If I could give 0 stars I would.. I have tried to resolve this matter with the owner for some time and I continue to get the run around!!! Twisted Electric is was contacted to switch an outlet and rewire it if needed… well it ended up in ServPro having to come out and clean up toxic waste, pull up carpet, and cut our walls due to Twister Electric’s employee.. When the owner of Twisted Electric (Nick A********) was made aware of the damage, he stated that he had been having issues with the employee who caused the damage for several weeks and to get a cleaning company out right away and he would take care of the bill (I have written correspondence) Well, he has not done so and apparently does not intend to because it is continued run around during every conversation..
    Twister Electric came to my home to switch out an outlet and rewire it if needed. Well, the outlet was changed and it was installed wrong so the guy came back out and reinstalled the outlet. It still did not work and he caused an entire mess…. So I have a 6K bill from *******, a basement that’s wrecked, and an outlet that does not work…

    Twisted Electric did an excellent job for us! We had an old utility pole on our property, that we were responsible for. It had rotted out and we needed to replace it. Duke Energy gave us the name of another company to fix it. But that company kept putting us off and never came out to give us a bid. So, I called Twisted and Mr. Applegate came out the very next day to look at it and give us the bid. Then they coordinated everything with Duke and had the job finished a week later. The crew was friendly and professional. They even cut up the old pole to make it easier for us to haul away. We feel incredibly lucky to have found such a business near us.
