    Do not use this company for your heating and air needs. They do not understand heating and air conditioning and how to meet your needs or are complete frauds and con men. I just found out after six years that when they installed my heating and air in a 3500 square-foot home they installed a 2 ton system. My home requires at least 4 1/2 tons to work properly. Like I said these are recent findings and over the last 5 to 6 years I have called every summer to complain that it was not cooling my house and they were more than happy to continue to come out and work on it every year. Something that would not have been necessary had they installed the proper sized unit I asked multiple times. Will this sufficiently work in my home? They told me multiple times. Yes it will work sufficiently in your home. They flat out lied. Now here I am six years later, having to pay to have air conditioning put in again because it still does not work because it is too small. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    First and foremost, we’re sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with your six-year-old system. That’s never what we want for any Kingdom Air customer. Until your recent reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp, the BBB, etc., we were unaware that you were having any issues whatsoever, and wish you would have contacted us so we could have got on this right away. We’ve since left you a voicemail offering to come back out, and that offer still stands.
    Over the years, we’ve worked hard to address the concerns you’ve brought to our attention, including replacing faulty parts and resolving issues with your pre-existing zone control system, which was not part of our installation six years ago. That said, we take accusations of dishonesty very seriously. Kingdom Air has been in business for over 40 years, and we would not have earned the trust of thousands of customers or remained in business this long by lying or failing to stand behind our work.
    As for your concerns about system size, we want to clarify that we also installed the previous system in your home roughly 20 years earlier for the prior homeowner, and it was the same size as your current one. That previous system operated effectively for nearly two decades, and your current system has also kept up during several peak summer heat periods in past years. If your unit were truly undersized, it likely would have struggled from the beginning, as opposed to having periods of working great, and other times having issues. It’s also important to keep in mind that with a zoning system in place, the load calculation for your home is significantly different than other homes with similar square footage. There is no one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to system sizing. That said, if there was an error in the original sizing or installation, or if changes to the home such as remodeling have affected performance, we genuinely want the opportunity to evaluate it and make it right.
    Regardless of the root cause, whether it’s as simple as a dirty unit as it has been in the past for your system, refrigerant levels, or even the chance of a more complex sizing issue, we still stand by our offer to come out and inspect the system at no charge. We want to resolve this not only because it’s the right thing to do, but because your comfort and trust still matter to us.
