0 star. Scammers!!! Keep sending bill via text messages more than a year after I used the service. I tried to contact them via email but didnt help at all. Their responses had nothing to do with my inquiry.

After setting a payment for a bill that was ****** they withdrew ****** broken up in 7 different payments. I have been calling for over a month now and every time I end up talking to a manager and they say they have "opened a case and escalated it." Then I hear nothing from them or their "Open case team." Last time I called I believe a "manager" named ****** said he was going to email me and never did. Still have not got my money back. With four kids and working as a teacher I don't have the extra. Really need them to fix this.Zotec Partners, LLC

These company is the absolute worst to deal with! If I could give 0 stars I would happily. I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why a claim was only partially paid my the insurance company. I got a representative from the insurance company on a 3 way call with the billing representative and had a half hour conversation. The insurance rep faxed over the *** which led nowhere. I then talked to another representative that told me to have my provider re submit the claim using a different code. You guessed it, that didn't work either. They give you the run around and are just nasty people to deal with. I'm sure the company will leave a response say we are sorry to hear about your experience yada yada yada, all just empty words.Zotec Partners, LLC

I havent had any test performed for months. If I owe anything to quest, I want to see actual paper bill. Who sends emails from uknown addreds that ask you for personal information so that I CAN PAY YOU?! no explanatjon whatsovere how they arrived at the number or insurance codes. I think this is a SCAMZotec Partners, LLC

On February 24, 2022, my girlfriend and I went to urgent care regarding severe colds we both had. We both have insurance and as of today, both insurance companies paid the ****. Seven months later, I get a text message that stated I owed $283 as well as my girlfriend.I contacted my insurance company and they verify 100% was paid and I should not owe Zotec Partners, LLC any money. My insurance company confirmed this. With this being said, I decided to go to the *********** facility that took care of our needs. I swear as God is my witness, the receptionist said she get's these calls all the time and this happened to her herself. Yes her too. What are the odds? This is not a coincidence. Reading the reviews, it appears this company has a pattern of this repeated behavior. The BBB reviews have this company rated with an average of 1 out of five stars which is an indication this problem is ongoing and continues with the horrendous reviews on all sites including but not limited to ****** and Yelp. It appears hundreds of people left 1 star reviews on all platforms I could find.The vast majority have the same complaint about this company; It's shocking! I have an appointment with an Attorney on Monday, August 15th to send this company a demand letter which is going to cost me $350. My question to the BBB is why doesn't this company have an F rating with the BBB. I plan on filing a complaint with the ******* ************************ including sending the AG's office every single complaint I can find by printing the reviews.For a company to have this poor of a track record and remain in business means this company is allowed to continue to cause people stress and anxiety like they have caused me and many others. I will be relentless in my pursuit to collect on my $350 attorney demand letter as well as making sure this company is finally held accountable for their repeated unethical way of doing business. Please BBB, give this company the ratings they deserve.Zotec Partners, LLC
