    Order 2 cell phones from tech4wireless **** store (not from the www.tech4wireless.com website) the first phone you couldn't carry on a conversation because of not being able to hear each other, fading in and out or as one person said he could make out about every fifth word I said. Tech4wireless was notified of the problem and I told them I would order another phone and send the other back when i got the new one. Upon getting the new phone and after wasting my time putting all my contact information in the phone I went to make a phone call from my contact list and some sort of popup appear that wouldn't let me make the call and press ok and it would restart my phone, try this several times ,same thing happened. By this time I was getting furious. Not that I should of had to but i searched the internet to try to find a solution. It recommended to download a program to my computer and then plug in the phone to my computer to try to fix it. that didn't work either. So I slap the phone down on the desk and it shattered the glass this was when i destroyed the second phone. Sent both phones back after getting another phone from another dealer which I can hear fine with ( I need to keep a phone present because of health reasons) but as of today (June 30, 2022) no refund on either phone even though both were faulty. The one I destroy even though it was unuseable I think I should get my money back but for certain on the first one I order that was sent back like it came. Thanks ******

    I did not buy the phones from **** , I bought the phones from tech4wireless through the listing that was on ****. I did not buy the phones from tech4wireless.com but from their store on ****. Same company both places.
