Overpriced and very poor contractor. Also they don't stand by the pood unprofessional work they do. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY

1. It has been 4 years since job was completed, With this time lapse it would be out of warranty
2. This would be out of warranty of 2 years by state laws
3. We do not know how well they maintained it
4. Did they clean the shower routinely, If it is not cleaned and monthly it will have issues with grout and silicone
5. Did they check Grout and Caulking routinely to see if there is any maintenance needed during the 4 years
6. We got the call on Thursday afternoon, Only a voice mail of who is was and to call him, no information on what he needed
7. I called him back Friday afternoon and the shower was already torn out. If we were to respond we would need to see the shower
8. We do not know what the condition was before tear out
9. Of course a company coming in would want to tear it out and make money on the project,
10. Calling him back the following day, shows responsibility not even knowing why he called
11. He did not give me the opportunity to look at the shower so we do not know if it just needed to be cleaned and silicone also.
12. This project was the first one we did for him. If he was so dissatisfied why would he call us back to remodel his upstairs bathroom. Then a year later he called us to install new tops in his kitchen.
Then another year later we installed stacked stone on his fireplace wall 20 feet tall. He would not have kept calling us back if there was an issue with the very first job we did 4 years ago.We wish Mr. ******* nothing but the best going forward.
