    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I signed up for a cyrofacial package. i got the 1st facial and every appointment after then was cancelled by them for one reason or the other. The company sends you a confirmation the day before the appointment stating that if you miss the appointment they will charge you 50% but I wasn't notified until 20 minutes before each appointment it was cancelled. It takes me more time to get there than that. My time and gas were wasted on a trip for a service I never received. I told them I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back. They refused. They offered me an additional facial. Why would I want that when they couldn't even fulfill the ones they scheduled. I have disputed with my credit card company.

    Good morning-

    This review / comment is sad, disheartening, and shows zero human compassion. Two completely different situations that were completely out of our control happened ironically, and unfortunately, to the same customer. This past Saturday, our esthetician was rushed to the hospital around 8am, her appointment was at 9am, due to bleeding and cramping - she is due with her first child at the end of this month. Zero compassion or understanding was shown, she didn't even ask if the esthetician was ok. A week ago, our cryoskin wand was malfunctioning. The device is a $30,000 machine so backup parts are not carried on-hand. Our manufacturer overnighted us a new wand within ***** hours. We reached out immediately during both situations once we looked at our sister stores, who are both ***** minutes away, and asked if she wanted to be rescheduled at our location or the same day at a different location, again, ***** minutes away. It is super unfortunate that two separate incidents out of our control happened a week apart. There is no way to control when a machine may go down or when someone who is 34 weeks pregnant might get rushed to the hospital. It's not good for us, the customers, the stores or the employees. However, everyone's health and safety comes first. It saddens me that someone would feel the need to post this all over social and file formal complaints when we offered to put the money on her account to use towards one of our other 10 services, get her scheduled same day at a location close by, give her an extra free facial and core session and move her to a different date. I know it's not all of what she wanted, but we feel it was a great meeting point due to the situation. Spread more love. Be kind.
