      I purchased hearing aids from Key Hearing at the beginning of the year March at the *****************. One of my hearing aids began to have problems. I called their number and no answer. I left a message for them to call me back and it never happened. I had an appointment coming up, Nov 5, 2024, so I thought I would take care of it there. I went to the appointment, no one was there. I called and again, no answer, left a message to call me back. No call back. I've since tried to call the Crown Point ******* no answer, no call back. I am wanting to get my hearing aid repaired while under warranty.

      Bought heading **** feom them and paid an $150 matience fee for office visits and heard they went out of business!! Would like our money back !!!

      I purchased a new set of hearing aids back in Feb 2024 from Key Hearing Aids (******************* branch). They have 9 overall branches in *******. I have been trying to get in contact with this location for weeks without any luck. I drive by there and the sign on the door says call to schedule an appointment. I finally called the corporate number 888-key-hear (website is *********************************** and spoke to a lady there that had said the woman that ran the Crown Point ****** just up and quit. So I tried to call the Valpo ****** without any luck as well. Called the corporate back and she said that they were having problems with their phone lines, she would call me back once resolved. Never called me back. Now my daughter has called all 9 branches and the corporate number and now no one answers any of the numbers. I need replacement parts for my hearing aids. Please help!!!

      On August 7 I received a call Key Hearing Aids, canceling my appointment for the next day. I was told an appointment would be set up later, when the staffing issue was resolved. I then visited the two locations and found them closed. An adjoining business told me they had been closed since July.I then called to see about rescheduling, but received a generic message to leave my name and number, which has never happed in past year since obtaining my hearing aids.I have continued to call and receive the same message consistently. I have 2 years of service left on my purchase contract and am in need of adjustment now!
