Sigma Builders is an unethical, shady company. We built our home with them and had numerous issues. The main one being a gas leak that was left in our home. During construction, a gas pipe was punctured. We smelled gas very soon after moving in. Sigma sent a plumber out who said they fixed it. We continued to smell gas and had more plumbers out. Eventually, we had a plumber check every line and they discovered a punctured gas line. This went on for years and cost thousands of dollars to correct. Sigma initially said they would reimburse part of the cost as it occurred during their build; however, they ghosted us and are now finally saying we owe them. Do not build with Sigma. The owners are dirty and do not care about doing the right thing by their customers.

Sigma Builders is saddened by this unfair representation of the facts and personal attack on our integrity and character. Sigma completed this home in January 2020. Sigma Builders has built over 100 custom homes and has repeat buyers. Our business is family-owned, and we work hard to treat everyone the way we want to be treated. Please reach out to us to discover for yourself our values. This client does owe Sigma Builders money, and we chose not to pursue it. As stated, Sigma Builders completed their home in early 2020. In 2019, Sigma Builders paid a deposit to the *** to speed approval for the homeowners home through the ***. The deposit was to be returned to Sigma upon completion. When Sigma Builders requested the refund, we were told that the *** had sent the check to the buyer. The *** contacted the buyers and asked the homeowner to refund the money to Sigma. The homeowner was mad and didnt want to return the money. Even though Sigma Builders is owed money from the homeowner, Sigma continued to address warranty issues and concerns of the homeowner. The homeowners house, like all Sigma Builders homes, is also covered by a third party **************************** for 10 years. Prior to posting this review on Jan 17, ******** was given the cell phone number one of the owners, but instead of following up with the owner she posted this disparaging review of the owner and company. Thank you for your time to read our side of the story
