    It was a nightmare working with this company after my car accident. I was asked to provide proof of insurance on my new vehicle. Over the course of 3 months and multiple customer service reps telling me I'd provided the information they needed and to wait "10 business days" for a letter to confirm, I was charged $645 for failing to provide proof of coverage for my new car. It then took another two months and 3 calls to get them to "key in the information correctly" (as the last rep stated). Supposedly the charge is being removed (maybe, I still have to wait 10 business days, and my bank can't verify for me that it's happened yet, and I've been told this three times before...) I've NEVER left a BBB review but I've never been so demoralized working with an agency before. They are negligent at best, and fraudulent at worst.
