I have been in the office to see my Doctor 2-3 times now. I am a self pay patient because they do no accept my health insurance. When I enter the office, THEY ALWAYS TAKE MY PAYMENT AT THE ***** DESK. I believe I used a credit card every time, but each time a couple of weeks later I receive an invoice that I owe money for my visit, the entire amount I am bing charged for the visit. There is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to reach ANYONE in that office. No one answers the phone and you leave. Message you dont know who that message is going to or where and then no one ever calls you back. Im trying to get this situation taken care of but when no one calls you back, its impossible to do. As a last resort, I called the number on the billing statement even though I knew they werent going to be able to help me. They are in the Carolinas all they do is send out the statements with the information plugged in by the Center for Pain Management. I am a person who pays my bills and I dont like to be billed continually for something that I already paid for. I want to find out why Im receiving these statements with a balance due and how in the heck do you contact someone at that office.
