  I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the exceptional service provided by Central Paving of Indianapolis.   Very disappointed in selecting Central Paving to improve my home with a rework and addition to my driveway. Workmanship and customer service has been a mess. The job done looks very poor and certainly has not added to my home's curb appeal or value. We had a asphalt extension and rework done to our prior home and it was beautiful! It was solid black, smooth, and rich looking. I couldn't stop looking at and telling everyone about it. However, this time it looks terrible. It has a big gray spot in the middle of it, big scrapes, and a big brown dirt looking line around the edge of it that I can't power wash away.I told/asked the sales rep. ******* about it within the first week after the curing time and could be used. After calling him many many times to get an answer I have only received excuses and now no response. It took all summer of me calling him to get scheduled (a customer shouldn't have to do) and received excuse after excuse of why it hadn't been done. I have wasted way to much of my time, energy, and bad feelings on this small home improvement project, and the improvement part didn't even happen...

  Very disappointed to say the lease. September 24, 2021 my driveway was paved. October 2021, we talked 3 times, they needed to come back out and fix where puddles were at in the driveway because the asphalt was not level. During this time, we noticed the concrete near the garage door was down some and now cracked, neither before the driveway was paved. I was told they would be out before Winter to fix it. I contacted them in May 2022, I was told they would be out in 2 weeks to fix it. July 20, I was told it needed to rain so they could see the puddles in order to know how much asphalt to send. They gave me a name of someone to call about the concrete, told me it might cost $500 to fix, but they were not responsible. The quote I got was for $2500. I'm yet to hear back, I've left messages and no one will return my calls or fix the problem they created. I mentioned during the winter it would be a hazard as the water could freeze, I was told then don't have people use the garage door, go in the front door. Really..... as i said, Very disappointed to say the lease.

  I am sorry for his disappointment with the small puddle at the street. I was there several times after a rain and the puddles drains very slow. I told the customer that we guarantee 90% drainage, which he has, but that when we were in the area I would still fix his problem. The concrete at the garage is in no way something we caused. He said we cracked it with the roller and the roller weighs less than his car. He said the concrete is lower, I explained to him that concrete was meant to move and that over time it has settled on its own. This is in no way a result in paving the drive. Again I am sorry for his trouble but it was done correctly and it looks amazing. The puddle at the street is an unfortunate result of the street being higher than his driveway. I still will be happy to repair the puddle as I have mentioned to him, and will do it when we are in the area, which will be this season.

  I am not happy with their response. They have been telling me since Oct.2021 that they was going to fix my puddle spots .There is more than the one at the end of the driveway, one right where I walk in and out of my garage. And for me driving my over the area .I have driven my car over the concrete for 51 years and it never cracked or settled until they messed with it ,repaVing my driveway. Because of the way they removed the old asphalt in front of my concrete ********* will have to pay **** to get it fixed .I would still like them to fix my puddles before winter season. it is a hazard for anyone walking into my garage, which I do on a daily basis

  I have now had the concrete fixed and paid the amount myself. I would like the actual driveway fixed where there are puddles, especially the one in front of the garage where I walk in daily. I have seen a few houses in my area post signs that they have done their driveways and they have not come around to correct mine as they stated in August.
