      "Management" is sub par. You're lucky if their in the office during business hours. No regularly scheduled maintenance. Bugs, and rodents are present. Laundry room flooded let the mud dry now dirt. Addicts run through the unsecured doors looking for drugs and looking to steal anything that's not bolted down. Trespasses on grounds 24/7 all through the night. Breaks wash machines. Expired fire extinguisher's, unkempt ground's.

      I live in Timber Ridge Apartments in ****** **** a place when I first moved in I loved and ever since this management company took over it's been going completely downhill not only do they charge for every little thing I literally felt like I was signing a deal with the devil when I signed my lease but they allow anyone to move in. I'm a **************************************** a clean safe quiet environment but now they let anybody move in the hallways a week of marijuana and garbage due to disrespectful Neighbors leaving trash to sit in the hall outside of their door smelling up the whole building and playing their music and television's loud all times of the night and when I complain to the guy who works in the office he doesn't do anything. I've had to call the police several times due to loud music after 10:00 p.m. and complained about the garbage in the hallways smelling up the building which will surely attract rodents and the neighbors who allow their kids to trash the neighborhood I'm embarrassed when I have guessed over and it looks like I live in the Hood

      The property doesn't respond to maintenance issues. They don't respond to health issues. They lose your documents and over charge you. The office is never open.

      New customer and they're giving me the runaround already! I can't get my utilities in my name. I hope I can still get out of this lease.

      Which property are you located at? We manage several properties. I will have someone help you get the utilities in your name. Have you reached out to the leasing staff? Did you call the utility companies?

      My Husband and I moved into Timberidge Apts on November 4th of 2021. Everything was ok until they threw a Management Company on us by posting a note to our apartment door without forewarning. Timberidges structure is falling apart, old pipes are leaking, they have one maintenance guy who does the bare minimum to keep stuff fixed. He tells one of the tenants that he has a relationship with everything and that's how I know that they are going up on the rent before they even do it. We have no one to clean the Apt buildings so it smells in our hallways. The carpet in our hallways are no longer blue, they are black. The property manager does not care about anything because if He did I wouldn't be writing this review. I was told by a neighbor that since he has been here, nothing gets done right. We live in a place and time where people don't care about anything but money. I want these problems on this property resolved.
