    On 12/12/22, I submitted a Withdrawal Request form to *** (now known as Corebridge Fin'l) requesting the funds from my annuity account to be electronically transferred to my checking account. I was told it would take 5-7 business days to process. On 12/23/22, I called *** to get a status because I still hadn't received my money transfer. I was assured I would receive my money by the following week. It is now 1/1/23 and I STILL have not received my money. Every time I call I am told I will receive it the following day, but when I check my bank account there is no money. ***/Corebridge is attempting to steal my money. If necessary, I will open a federal investigation and contact national news stations to warn others of my situation.

    I submitted a Distribution Withdrawal form on Nov 30,2022 to AIG retirement services. I previously contacted them to give them my personal email since I am no longer employed with ******* Hospital and Health. I called to **************** and a representative said a verification form would be sent to mailing address on file. All I got was a post card with ID # to access reports. They have my old work email on file , can't access it to get verification, never got verification via mail and now I'm unable to get access to accounts online. I only receive statements. They need to improve on customer service and problem resolution in a timely manner.
