    On the evening of August 4 , I purchased online through ******* the movie "Hairspray" from a secondary provider High five Distribution my package arrived on **** .The *** contained two disc the movie and specials features , the special feature disc worked but not the main ***. I tried to play the *** that evening only it didn't work so the next day I sent it back through **** , my tracking # is ( ********************** ) the package arrived **** 3:50 in the afternoon . I've tried calling an using their email to contact them but I get no response . I would like a replacement if possible but a refund if not.

    This was a purchase made from us through Walmart.com.

    We took care of the issue immidately upon learning of the issue.

    We notitified the customer that a replacement was not available and told them that we had refunded all their money.

    Walmart.com requires you to work within their platform rules.  We communicated with the customer through walmart.com internal order management system.  Unfortuanely, these messages often end up in customers "junk" mail because of the setting they have put in their system to block spam.  This is likely the case here.

    Again, we did everything we could for the customer in a timely manner and gave all they money back to the customer.  They paid though walmart.com and the refund was processed back though walmart.com.
