    I hope all is well. My name is Carles and I was recently assigned this matter. I am following up on an email that was sent to your office on April 22nd. It is in reference to equipment installed at one of our facilities: ************************************. This was done without proper authorization from our Mayor and Council. It is my understanding that Mr. ***** was personally paying for this service out of pocket, but furthermore was not a contract between the City and your distributors. Our City Attorney explained this to ******* with Official H2O. We received another bill today and want to arrange for removal of the equipment immediately. Happy to arrange a call. Can you provide your dates/ times of availability for the remainder of this week?If you are not the correct person, can you forward the contact information for your legal department?     This company had an employee sign a 60 Month contract for a water cooler with out the owners approval for $175 per month. When I asked the employee he was told that another location has one and it was approved. He only need to sign to accept the installation of the cooler. He was also told it was month to month and if we didnt want it they would come remove it. Now they want the contract paid in full to have it removed. $9000 for a rental water cooler.

    (Interesting that the BBB filed in *******. They note the address for PWP as ******************************************). Regardless though the deal was booked with Official H2O out of NC. Not Artesian or Pure Water Partners. 
    12 payments have been made to date and the account is current. 
    Balance remaining is $6,480

    The customer claims the associate that signed the agreement was told he was not signing a contract . He was told it was set up by management, which it was not. Customer also claimed a few other things. Credit card not authorized, management did not approve the contract, the associate did not work for the company on the contract in question, the associate was told other stores were getting the water coolers, so he just needed to sign it was being installed. Associate was told it was a month to month and could be canceled at any time....etc. The customer also states this location has a different owner and is not part of the ************************** He is Sun Stoppers Auto West not Sun Stoppers. 

    The dealer states they visited the site several times and everything's been great over the past year. The guy who signed the agreement was the manager they love the machine. All steps to verify everything were followed. The dealer even had one of his vans tinted at the shop. There was also an extra effort install that required work above and beyond to meet the customer's needs. The dealer verified the *** number with the customer too. 

    **** has indicated he is willing to pay it back though so everyone can move forward if that makes sense for everyone.

    Pure Water Partners states that they are the billing company for a water service distributor called Blue Dolphin Water Solutions here in California. We have not been able to receive any service or maintenance from Blue Dolphin Water for months and the water machine has been out of commission. Blue Dolphin came 1 time and still never fixed the issue. Emails upon emails have been sent to Pure Water Services asking for assistance in attaining water service, and they say they will help and escalate the issue, but months go by and nothing ever happens even after multiple follow *** and escalation to supposed management. They are just taking our money as a business and hoping we forget. Blue Dolphin's phone number ************** and email ****************** is not even in service. Yet, Pure Water Partners is requesting our business to continue to pay invoices even though we are not receiving service. Pure Water Partners representatives state they are unable to make any contact with Blue Dolphin Water Solutions. Pure Water Partners states we cannot cancel our contract unless we make contact with Blue Dolphin. So, we are unable to cancel our contract, yet are being asked by Pure Water to continue making payments for a non working machine and zero service or maintenance.
