    July 10, 2023 We contracted with ***************** from **** Fence. **** came out and reviewed the entire area. We specifically expressed the need for the fence was to contain our three large dogs. The property is on a hill and slopes down toward the back. We requested a 6 ft. cedar privacy fence with two gates. **** did not express any concern for having gaps under the fence!!! **** sent three quotes with differing options for *** of fencing. Final price was 392 ft $ ******. We paid $8290 of this on 7/12/23. Final payment of $8290 invoiced 8/8/23 due 30 days. We expressed the need to have the work completed before my partner ******************************* returned to work on 8/2/23. The work stopped on 8/7/23 when the gates were installed. See pics of gate hinge missing screws. Gap near 4 ft gate was fixed on 8/4/23 at my insistence to the crew. All the crew members agreed the gaps under the fence were not acceptable yet needed ***************** s permission to correct. Via text I asked *********** to come out to the site. He simply replied via text that they could lower the boards and make it worse. We hire a landscaper to fill gap or we pay additional money to have the proper length boards installed. I suggested he provide railroad ties to fill gaps. A simple quick solution. He refused and did not respond again. Very poor customer service! Lack of communication with us. Now we will have to install a barrier to prevent dogs from digging under at the gap areas and escaping at an additional expense to us of approx $ ****** plus delivery fee. 5x5x8 pressured treated Timbers 20 PCs.Thanks , ************************* ************
