    Have paid for monthly prescription/subscription. Shipment has not been made even though payment was made three days ago and pharmacy only requires TWO DAYS. Tired of lame excuses about order volume, etc. as you are still COLLECTING MONEY.

    I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and they lead you down a "rabbit hole". When you attempt to log on, they want to send a code to your phone, but never send the code. I tried the email link option, and no link was sent. I tried both options many times. You can't cancel unless you get to the members page, but you can't there. All I'm looking to do is cancel my subscription ....period

    On or about August 30th, Friday Plans sent me ** ********** ** ******* ******. I did not order the medication sent to me recently. Last year I did place an order with them, but when the medication did not work for me, I immediately notified Friday Plans to cease and desist with an further of future orders. My directive fell on deaf ears. I was sent more medication... I did not approve the use of my ***** ******** ********** for this transaction. What Friday Plans did was FRAUD (by charging my cc and sending me medicine I did not order. PLEASE ADVISE Regards, *** *** **** ********* ***** **** **** ********* ****** *****

    Hello, **** We apologize an additional order was sent out. At this time, we can confirm the account has been deactivated and nothing will be sent going forward unless you choose to make the account active again. A refund was also processed on 8/31.
