  Staff at this facility was caught red handed taking garbage about a client right in front of them. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. Owner was even more rude and belligerent to try to defend the staff member, who is also her daughter. Made threats to blacklist a child.

  There are much better dance studios in Chesterton than DanceBizz. In order to take a dance class there, you have to pay for one whole month, and cannot cancel 30 days before the next month. So essentially, you are locked into paying for two months, without even taking one class to see if you or your child even likes it. And there are many reasons not to like it.*Upon my 3 and 4 year old granddaughter's first class, there was no direction on which classroom to go to, where to put their belongings, introduction to the teacher. No direction what so ever.*Two very small waiting areas with two TV screens to watch rotating classroom views. There is no real way to hear the teacher, or see what is being taught, or how it is being taught.*Area was not clean.*Unable to use the bathroom without walking thru an active classroom, and informed only if it was an emergency. For children and adults.*When attempt was made to talk with owner about these criticisms via email, and potentially get the second month refunded, the office staff was loudly discussing the email in a demeaning way at the front desk, and in ear shot of the whole waiting room. *When further attempt to discuss was made via a phone call, the owner responded with a very negative email, threatening to blacklist the 4 year old involved from any other dance studios.Trust me, there are better dance studios in Chesterton! Save your money and your sanity and take a free class elsewhere, and decide in a fair manner if a studio is for your child.
