    I purchased 4 tires in January 2021. I paid them off around June 2021. I recently caught a flat and called to see if this was covered. The rep, I think her name was Kelly, tried to convince me to sign another contract for 4 more tires, I told her distinctly, I did not want to sign another contract. She led me to believe that she could replace my tire for free, because the belt on my old tire was broken. She said she had to order my replacement tire. She informed me that I could not get the same tire, I would have to go with a different tire, I told her this was fine. The new tire would not arrive until Thusday, and she would call me when it arrived. Thursday came, no call. I called RNR, around 4:45pm, Kelly answered, stated she would check to see if the tire had arrived, and call me back. She called back at 6:09pm. (The store closed at 6pm). She stated that tire was there and I could come get it at 9am, Friday morning. I got a ride there, and arrived at 1pm. Kelly rolled the tire out to the car I was in, and told me to come in to sign the paperwork. We go back in, she had rewritten a contract, where I was to pay $225 for 1 tire. I was livid. I distinctly told her, I did not want to sign another contract, and I thought this tire was free, for a replacement of the tire that went flat and was not repairable. This was not a lack of communication on my part, because I made it clear, that I did not want to rewrite a contract, this is a case of scamming the customer. This is unacceptable behavior for a business.
