    I was very disappointed. They change their rules. I had a plumbing problem and I put in a ticket. I had to get it fixed soon and they did not pay anything saying that I had not got approval. I did I got a text from someone saying they would pay $350. Then a lady named Tequila informed me that I had not informed them. I had coverage for the last two months. They do not cover everything they nit pic and hassle you. I would NOT recommend them at all

    We are in receipt of the complaint filed by Ms. Bradley and regret to learn of her dissatisfaction. Armadillo is truly sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. Great customer service is core to our mission, and I apologize we did not meet this expectation with your plumbing issue. We take customer complaints seriously and work to resolve them as best we can.
    In response to this complaint, a member of Armadillo’s Claims Department conducted a detailed investigation of the issue and as a result refunded the service fee associated with Ms. Bradley’s denied claim. Unfortunately, the customer’s policy clearly states that “we will not pay for any services or parts provided without our prior authorization” and Ms. Diva’s repairs were completed prior to her opening a claim and requesting authorization. For future claims, please contact us prior to having any repairs completed and we would be happy to review for authorization and/or reimbursement.
    We trust this response satisfactorily resolves the customer’s concerns. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us to respond. We welcome the customer to reach out to us with any further concerns.

    Slow process and no follow up from the company. Our HVAC went out after purchasing the home and since filing the case it has taken about 3 weeks just to get the payment approved. It felt like the company slow rolls your case and doesnt follow up with you. I had to consistently call them for updates to ensure the case was moving along. It's about 100 degrees where I live so no A/C makes life miserable for me and my family. I wanted to be sure they will pay for the repairs before proceeding so I'm not out of pocket. I'm a new homeowner and this is not a great first experience.

    In response to this complaint, a member of Armadillo’s Claims Department conducted a detailed investigation of the issue and as a result contacted the customer on 6/26/24. The team member detailed what is covered under the plan and provided the options for reimbursement for the covered portion of the repairs. The customer accepted and a Venmo payment will be issued before close of business.
    We trust this response satisfactorily resolves the customer’s concerns. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and allowing us to respond. We welcome the customer to reach out to us with any further concerns.
