    I prepaid for a hotel room months in advance and upon checking in my room wasn’t clean, they offered to let me switch rooms but it was 11pm and I didn’t want to repack my stuff. Hotel manager dodged me for the duration of my stay because I was asking for a partial refund. No solution ever reached.
    I found clumps of hair in my bed, trash already in the trash can in the bathroom, there was change and trash and crumbs all over the carpet. Halfway through my shower I looked down and realized I was showering with a previous guests USED bandage. And I found chargers plugged into the wall that were not from me, like nobody cleaned my room at all. And when I booked the hotel I called to SPECIFICALLY ask about the pool they said it was open and would be for my stay and it WAS NOT.

    We are looking in to this now and will call they guest to understand what went wrong. She did book through a 3rd party so we cannot give an initial refund until that 3rd party reaches out to us.
