    I booked a room at the hotel. When I went to check in the lady ran my bank card and the payment was taken out of my account. She was finishing the check in process when she noticed my name did not match the member of choice hotel privilege points. Turns out my friend had used my phone to rent a room with my email his phone wasn’t working at the time so that was mix up. Hotel staff changed it for me. She ran my card again. It was declined because the money had already been paid. She said no it went back on card when I’m fact it’s had not I tried to explain to her what she should’ve already knew which is payment was applied to my friends choice member number since the mix up. She asked mr to leave and I called her trying to resolve the matter with nothing but nasty attitude that I did not deserve. So since they stole my Money for a room. My daughter which is 9 myself snd boyfriend all stayed in car which was cold out. I just want my $87.11 back and they won’t have to worry about me ever again I will never book with them and I will tell everyone what they did

    The above name business charged my debit card multiple times different amount that were not suppostto be charged and were not authorized.
