    My 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport Es has been over at Clarksville, IN dealership in the service department twice. The first time they had it over a year in 2022 to 2023. The service department had all of my contact information. But never once called me, I had to contact them. Every time I contacting them they would says the guy is not there and they would ask for my phone number again. Well, when I finally got ahold of the Service department manager, he said my catalytic converter and gas manifold was needing to be change and the would be over $3500. I said okay I will call back and when I started calling back nobody would answer. So, I went to get my Mitsubishi and they had my name and a phone number that was 502.123.1234 and an address 123 Main St. None of my information. And the receptionist told me “ Oh it’s good I came in because they were about to have it towed as Abandoned.
    So, my vehicle was still acting up. Losing power, and making a loud noise. I took it back to the service department in January 2024 and the whole crew is new. The guy that helped me, I told him what happened to me before and never was contacted back and I am not trying to have them keep it for a year again. The guy say sorry the previous guy was fired for stealing parts and telling people they cars would cost more to get repaired then the repair cost. And they can ensure me I would be contacted back when they know what’s wrong with it. He verified my address and I watched him enter in my address and phone number. Needless to say I have never been contacted by them, it is always me contacting them and I have recently been trying to contact them and nobody has been answering to me. So, I’m have left a message asking them to contact me back. They still have my vehicle but they are still not contacting me back and so I drove by there and I haven’t seen my vehicle so I am hoping it is inside there shop. I am calling there corporate office and the news to find out what’s going on.

    Very informative and friendly AT FIRST! Do NOT buy from Mitsubishi of Clarksville!! They do not back their cars. 2 days after buying my pre owned car from them started having minor problems with it and they won't do anything for me. 2 days! Something that will be pennies to them and a good review, I'm hoping now will cost them thousands in lost sales!!
