    Was sold a Ford Escape by Mike Fetko, Mike told me it had only had 1 owner (a grandma) and never been wrecked. I made the mistake of not asking for a car fax because Mike was recommended to me so I thought he was a good guy. Turns out the car had been wrecked 3 times and had multiple owners. So I was charged and paid mint condition price. I also paid cash in full. After several issues with the car, I ended up having to trade it in to another dealership. Attempted to have repairs done there as well with horrible service.

    Would not recommend taking your car here to be serviced. Will never take anything I ever own back here. We dealt with Bryan K***, he has awful customer service. Save your self lots of time and take it somewhere else.

    Vehicle has been here for 4 months requiring a new motor. Carriage Ford has yet to touch the current motor to be broken down and has yet to place an order for the new motor which is 6 months back order. Weekly phone calls from us have been made with the same response "we are backed up". When vehicle initially arrived they were only 2 months backed up. Now, 4 months later, the story has changed and now they are saying "we aren't even sure if the warranty will cover the motor". ***IMPORTANT NOTE*** this NEW motor that needs to be replaced is less than 2 years old. We have had to buy another vehicle so that we are able to get back and forth to work but continue make our monthly payment on time with remorse from this dealership at all. Have already contacted the VP who did "apologize " for being backed up but nothing has been completed to this date.
