    Went to pay in full on contract 484$ on a Glock 45 had the money they run a background check told me to come back then informed me they wouldn't except payment in full I asked questions they asked me to leave premises and I have another rifle to get out in March

    Still got 3 other tickets there altogether

    Mr. ********* complained of a contract dispute. However - the issue stems from a legal issue that we have explained previously.

    On November 14, 2024 - Mr. ********* answered question 21 J - on the federal firearm background check (otherwise known as a **** ****) as "Yes " to "Have you ever been convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence, or are you or have you ever been a member of the military and have been convicted of a crime that included, as an element, the use of force against a person as identified in the instructions?"

    Due to that response - we can't release the firearm. 

    Mr. ********* had two firearms in pawn - that he wanted to redeem - but we had the issue above to navigate. Mr. ********* will need to prove he has not been convicted - or - that it was expunged (if the charges existed).

    Once that form was completed - even if in error - we had no recourse but to cease moving forward with sales or redeems to Mr. *********. We are audited by our own in-house auditors as well as by the ATF ... a failure to follow proper protocols would result in loss of our firearm license - and likely termination of any employee who would release a firearm with paperwork showing why that transaction - or any subsequent transaction - was based initially on a deny.

    Mr. ********* will need documentation regarding question 21 J. We will need to attach that documentation to his November 2024 form - in case - should we release in the future - that this situation was resolved.

    Thank you for allowing me to respond. I know this is a very sensitive topic - and I was hopeful this would be resolved privately.

    ***** ********* I no longer have the money to pay so it don't matter for future reference they are doing this to everyone pawning a gun and using to acquire firearms I set there and watched others trying to get there stuff back someone needs to stop this they made me feal like a trouble maker when I owned my firearms for 30years ask other's thanks for your time. And the 2 firearms were registered through the *** when purchasing when I pawned these items it took one hour to get a reply to take them and now it's been a month no reply from whatever check they do total bullcrap don't let them keep doing it to others which they do. Thanks ***** ********* I'm broke

    The issue at hand is simply a deny related to answers provided by Mr. *********. We have laws and processes we must follow. I'm sorry it has created frustrations on his behalf ... and as previously mentioned - if it's been resolved - we can can toward addressing future transactions with Mr. *********. 

    As for other issues ... we have very few transactions that are denied by the ATF - or in house (based on answers provided by the customer). Most firearm transactions take roughly one hour from start to finish. However - if the ATF provides a delay - or a deny - the completion from start to finish can vary from hours to days. 

    I'll be happy to discuss in person. Or add additional clarification as needed to the BBB - or Mr. *********.
