      They put up a patio cover for us and we had a few issues with leaking but they came out and did their best to fix it. Now they're putting on a new roof and we are very pleased. We will continue to use Jeff Home Improvement for our home needs.

      I would give a 0 star review if it would allow. Horrible company. Their scheduling is a joke and they schedule things and do not honor it. They say that they "Work with your insurance company", but that is far from the truth. Instead of meeting with your adjuster and showing them the components, they just go based off of the adjusters inspection. So, therefor, all of your roofing components will not be replaced as it needs to be. They absolutely refuse to replace Step flashing, counter flashing, and apron flashing. The exact words from the General Manager, Paul L*****, "The insurance isnt paying for it, so we arent either!" So, with that being said, instead of doing your roof the right way, they cut corners. Flashing is a HUGE part of your roof! Flashing is a safeguard against leaks around walls, chimneys, dormers! Once your roof is done, if you have any issues with it, good luck getting them to come back out to address these issues in a timely manner. Once they get their money from you and your insurance company, they fly away in the wind. PLEASE BEWARE! There are plenty of other REPUTABLE roofing companies that you can call!!! Please stay away from Jeff Home Improvements!!!!!

      I am a 6 time customer from 1993 to 2024. I have had 4 homes and I call Jeff Home Improvement first. They handle everything with my insurance adjusters. Here is the very important point, insurance companies are always cutting corners and forcing contractors to do less than what is do to the homeowner. The salesman for Jeff Home Improvement have always been my advocates and they get me every value that’s coming for me. Having storm damage is bad enough and having Jeff Home Improvement standing with me brings peace of mind. I can always depend that my homes are secure and dry and beautiful. Gutters, windows installation and my wood porch beams were covered with hemmed edges metal and the metal work turned out beautiful. Another thing that they have consistently done under the shingles and that is install ice and water shield protection. Their one piece 6” gutters and downspouts always finish the roofing job up nice too. I hope that gives you a glimpse of Mr. G****s company and why I have been coming back. Communication when I have needed something fixed or corrected always is taking place. From our family thank you. David E.

      Awesome experience, my roof was completed in 1 day and looks fantastic. So impressed with the clean up after the job was complete. You could never tell anyone had been around the house.

      Our crew arrived, got to work,worked their butts off, tore the old roof off,put the new roof on,cleaned everything up and left before sundown, I'm very pleased with the people who worked on my roof and this company and would recommend them highly

      Jeff Home improvements put a new roof and gutters on my home in 2022. Hail damaged the roof in March 2024. We used them again to replace the roof and the garage roof from the hail damage. They did an excellent job.

      Jeff Home Improvement did the roof, gutters and gutter guards, and siding on our new build and we were very pleased with the work performed. They did a beautiful job and we have had no concerns or issues with any of the materials that we chose for the roofing and the siding. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was complete. If we had any issues or concerns they were quick to respond or come out to the house to check everything.
