    We purchased a 2017 rockwood mini lite 2503s from them and the salesman lied to us about the condition and issues with the camper. We was told it just had a weak floor from the previous owners being heavy and smashing the floor, I stated I didn't want anything to do with water damage and he stated oh just throw a board down and a rug it's fine. We bought it as is for 10,500.00 got it home and I noticed a cut in the underbelly material I cut it open and the floor fell completely out,same in the rear of camper from water damage. I sent emails to the salesman and got a sry called manager got a offer of 300 for parts. I sent a email to the headquarters in Florida and then the manager of clarcksville indiana location offered to fix floor for free. 5 weeks later I stop in to check on camper and the technician said almost done but the service manager is on vacation for 4 more days and I want him to walk through it before we release it to you. Next week we pick it up and they say yeah we jacked it off the fram and put new floor and sealed it and braced it, I got it home and crawled under it and found several bunt spots in water proofing material exposing bare wood,exposed wood along seams,big gaps left open around gas,water,electric entry points, missing bolts that hold the camper to the frame, rear steps about to fall off. I don't believe they jacked it up and put the new floor on top of fram like factory, ins6just screwed it between the frame Joice because nothing looks right and both front and back trim moldings was notched around the fram leaving big gaps and holes that I had to fill in. If it was jacked up off the frame like I started to do the molding would of went between the camper frame and the camper shell frame making the molding sandwich between the 2 like it was factory. We have had to cancel several reservations and send several hours trying to seal up the camper with our own money. I'm disabled and on a fixed income so this has been nothing short of crazy.

    Paid $5000 down signed a contract Saturday July 29 internet sales called me the following Tuesday said they had someone there looking at the camper who would pay more money! Called sales manager who said he was the horse’s mouth and he knew nothing about it, talked to the finance manager yesterday he said they would have my new contract to sign! Next week with no explanation why since I had a signed contract last Saturday

    *** ********** did talk with myself on the phone and I did reassure him we did have a unit in his name and he was scheduled to pick up on 8/12/23

    he had signed paperwork on 7/29

    *** ********** then had a conversation with the business office after that with some more questions ,and ask about different amounts down, the business manager 

    then agreed to resign with the changes on 8/12 when he picked up the unit 

    *** ********** showed up Sat 8/12  signed the updated paperwork , picked up the unit , and as far as we know he was happy when he left .

    We sold our travel trailer to Campers Inn in July, 2022 and they have not paid-off our 5/3 loan as of yet. 5/3 is incurring late fees and said they want to repossess. Please help. We have all documentation indicating the sale and transfer of title if you need it.

    We have received the letter for Complaint ID ********, ***** and *** ******. This was the first notification the ********** location received about the issue and below is what was found during our research.

     

    We have attached a copy of the check sent on behalf of our accounting department on 6 September 2022 and cashed on 8 September 2022 by ***** ***** Bank.

     We have also attached a copy of the original shipment tracking information for a check sent on 30 June 2022 but lost by ***.

    Campers Inn learned that the shipment was lost when the customer contacted our buying department and asked about the loan pay off, our accounting department immediately sent another check.
