    Paid $86 for a months trash service pickup residentially. Trash is picked up on a weekly basis every Friday. Due to winter storm on Friday December 23rd Rays cancelled pickup and scheduled a double pickup for the next Friday December 30th. Trash has still not been picked up as of January 2nd. Its been roughly 18 days. There is a huge trash pile laying out at the end of the driveway. When trying to contact **** in multiple occasions we have not been able to get through. We need to be credited 3 weeks worth of our payment. This is an **** area issue not just specific to this address.

    I pay ***'s Trash Service (now transitioning/being bought out by ***************** for trash pick-up and recycling pick-up. Trash pick-up is every Tuesday; recycling pick-up is every other Tuesday.My recycling has not been picked up for over a month. I have attempted to contact ***'s/WM numerous times (outlined below). The only time I have actually received a response is on 12/19. A woman apologized, told me my account would be credited, and said I would be put on a "priority pick-up list" for my recycling. She told me to leave it at the curb. I did so. For many days. I attempted to call back, but was never able to reach a human again. I even visited the ***'s office on 12/30, but a sign on the door indicates that it is "Closed to the Public." Every time I call, I wait on hold for about ***************************************** to leave a message (I have, numerous times) or email (I have, twice). Phone calls (to ************): 12/30, 12/29, 12/28, 12/19 (spoke to a woman on this day), 12/14, 12/13 Emails (to ******************************************** 12/29, 12/28 I believe this business is too short-staffed (???) to actually provide the services they are collecting money for.

    Our trash services are not being completed. I can't get a phone call or email response from the company. I would like to know if they will be refunding fees (which are prepaid) for weeks that services don't occur. Account ******

    After Tuesday December 5th Rays stopped picking up my residential trash despite acknowledging my bill of $60 was paid when I called December 15. They apologized and vowed to remove it that day and provide a discount. Today is the 26th and they have not done so.

    Our condo association has been using Ray's Trash service for trash removal and recycling removal. They stopped picking up our trash and are now piling it outside our building. We attempted to resolve this issue for weeks and have been unable to. We have hired a new company republic to start coming. Despite calling ***'s daily, we have a large amount of trash build-up outside the dumpster. They are not giving us a resolution. I included a picture from several days ago, but in fact this situation is now much worse. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    We have had **************** / formerly ***'s Trash for many, many years with no major problems, for our small business dumpster. Over the last 2 to 3 months, the service is practically non-existent. We pay a month AHEAD for service. And it is on auto-pay, so NEVER a late payment, and we have never been in arrears. And yet they can not come empty our weekly dumpster. It has been taking multiple calls to management there WEEKLY, before we can get anyone to come pick up. The contracted pick-up date is Thursdays. They are not showing up, nor are they calling to let us know that they will not show up. The week before Thanksgiving, they did NOT come to empty our dumpster. We called each day, starting that Thursday, and each day after that, and were promised each day that they would be there, and then no one showed up. FINALLY, they came 6 DAYS LATE to empty our dumpster. The last couple weeks, they have NOT come on our contracted Thursday date, and we have had to call for them to pick up, and they have come within the next day or two. Now, they AGAIN skipped our pick-up last week Thursday. It is now TUESDAY, 5 DAYS LATER, and they still have not come to empty our dumpster. We already paid for the entire month of ***************** back at the end of November. We are a meat market, & this is our busiest time of year. Our dumpster is overflowing right now. Also, it is a health hazard & can attract all kinds of bugs & other ********* **** are in the middle of a neighborhood, so it looks & smells horrible for the residents living right next to us. ALL WE WANT IS FOR WASTE MANAGEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT WE ALREADY PAID FOR!!!! Pick up our dumpster weekly on Thursdays, like our contract stipulates.

    ***'s has done sloppy work for the last several months and are never quick to act when complaints are raised. Most recently, they have neglected to pickup our dumpsters since 11/28/2022 (three trips missed). We have 135 units at this property, so obviously trash has overflown the dumpsters, making the property look terrible. I've called customer service everyday, even multiple times a day, trying to get answers for my residents. Each time I've called, I was promised the trash was on the schedule for that day, but the next day I show up, only to find more trash piled up. I can't get a straight answer from anyone. Our "rep" only emails canned responses back, telling us he's sending the note to dispatch, but never answers his phone or follows up with any resolution.

    I am the manager of *****' German Meats. We use ***'s Trash for our dumpster pick-up for years now. We pay a month AHEAD for ******** ****** are supposed to pick-up every Thursday morning. We ARE current on payments, & already paid for this month ****************** back on November 2. They did NOT pick up our dumpster last Thursday, Nov 17, & the dumpster is now overflowing. We have called ***'s more than 6 times, & each time they tell us that they will pick up THAT day, & then NEVER show up. Today is now FIVE days since they were supposed to empty our dumpster. When I called again this morning to ask for a credit for no pick-up last week, they did not even answer my question about the credit. When I asked if they were coming to pick up today finally, they won't answer, & keep telling me that they are short-handed & short on trucks. They said that a manager there will call me to discuss this, but no manager has called me yet. We have a contract with them, & if we cancel ************* & start with another company, then we have to pay out the remainder of our contract. PLEASE HELP - WE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE ALREADY IN ADVANCE, & ONLY WANT THEM TO COME EMPTY OUR DUMPSTER ON TIME EVERY WEEK.

    We have been cleaning out our home lately and had a large amount of trash last week. Our trash is picked up on Tuesday so my husband called them on Monday to see what was needed in order for the extra trash to be picked up. They charged us $25 and told us it would be taken care of later in the day on Tuesday. It wasn't picked up. On Wednesday my husband called to find out why it hadn't been picked up. They told him they had forgot to put it on the schedule and that it would be picked up on Thursday or Friday. It was not picked up on Thursday and Friday was Veterans Day so it wasn't picked up then either. I sent them a message today wanting to know why the extra trash hadn't been picked up in a week and that if we weren't contacted today and the trash was not taken we would be closing out account and asking for a refund. I got no reply. My husband tried to call them twice today, but they didn't answer his VM and had him on hold for over 10 minutes the second time. We want the $25 we paid for them to pick up the extra trash along with the remaining portion of our 3 month payment returned to us and for them to discontinue our service. They also broke one of the trash cans that we better not be charged for. They just throw them on the ground or in the road when they're done emptying them.

    We have an account that is current with ***'s Trash removal and to have trash picked up on mondays. ***'s has been neglecting our court for the services paid for. In the last month ***'s has shown up one time. The only reason ***'s showed up that one time was we called to complain about them missing Trash pick two weeks in a row.
