    I hired this company for preventative maintenance services on three furnaces and three AC units. BBB Accreditation is A+ but that can be misleading due to how that rating is determined. I rely more on consumer reviews. This company's reviews were good so I chose to contact them. Website is informative and contains much useful information. Not easy to reach via phone. Must **** through recording and leave a voice mail, then wait to be contacted back. Phone calls were returned. Can be contacted via their website and/or text messages but appear to be unable to receive pictures to assist in identifying what part may be needed for repair. The wrong part was brought which required a return trip with associated fees for both trips. Phone calls were promised when tech was on the way but not followed through. Preventative maintenance services were not thorough and required a later trip with associated fees to fix what was caused by not being done correctly in the first place, which had already been paid for. No discount on fees were offered. This lead to having little confidence in their work and becoming suspicious when more problems arose. Personnel were friendly until I had problems with their work. I recently had a new furnace and AC unit installed in which I would not consider this company for the job. I wrote the owner of this company a letter and sent it via **** mail, describing my discontent with their services. It was never answered. That confirmed everything I needed to know.

    We have been using this service for over 2 years with a great service guy by the name of ***********Our furnace decided to quit on the coldest night in a long time so we called this service. The guy they sent out was rude from the moment he walked in. He did nothing and told us to call and make an appt for next week. We called and made the appt with their secretary but unbeknownst to her she forgot to shut off her phone when the serviceman in the back ground called us " f***ing weirdos". I did call back and call them out and got no apology at all. I canceled our appt and will be looking elsewhere for service. Shame on you for talking about customers that way!!
