I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

It's absolutely false that you "weren't aware that I wanted a specific type of audio in my boat until after I picked my boat up". I sent links for everything I wanted specifically. What type of a business makes a decision to put a totally different brand and price point speaker in someone's boat ($1250 Rockford Fosgate vs $76 ****) without even contacting them to ask if that's okay? Plus what you've stated doesn't make any sense at all. You claim it takes 6 hours to install 4 speakers at $150/hr is $900 (definitely does not take anywhere close to this long to install speakers where speakers already were previously) and then $600 in parts, tax, and labor (these **** speakers cost $76 for all 4 on Amazon, plus you already accounted for labor at a ridiculous $900 to install 4 speakers) so you accounted for labor twice and the price is not even close to the value. Nobody ever mentioned **** speakers, they're cheaper than the Pioneers that I already had. What makes a business like yours think they can just put whatever type of product they want in someone's boat and then charge some a ridiculous amount like you've done. You keep telling me to bring the boat back to your business, I'll never bring my boat back to Marine WRX and I hope nobody does. I want a full refund for the $1500 audio that I didn't ask for that you decided to install instead of what I told you I specifically wanted. $188 for the wiring that was never done. $400 to get the controls fixed that won't shift into gear now. And $150 to repair the holes you left in the boat from the old ladder (totally unprofessional). This is the least you can do for the inconvenience and waste of my time that you've caused me and my loved ones.

    Regards,

    ****** ****
ow not ever power on, also never had an issue with our old speakers or head unit. No sound system at all now for $1500 and I want the entire amount refunded since it wasn't what I ordered)-Hitch for Trailer $350 (installed)-Ladder $290 (installed but left old holes exposed and not filled in at all so water can get in. I'll need to have this fixed I'm estimating $150 labor)-Boost Ball $150 (received) -Depth Finder $150 (installed)-Trailer Lights Rewiring $188 (Wiring was never done, same wires as before, and same issue with the left brake and turning signal lights not working at all. Full refund for this)

****** **** stores his ****** boat with us and asked us over the winter to do a few things to the boat. We were not aware ****** wanted a certain type of audio in his boat until after he picked his boat up. We charged **** $1500 for his audio. With that being said our labor rate is $150 per hour. Our technician had 6 hours of labor in the audio alone totaling up to $900 with a remainder roughly of $600 in parts with tax and labor. The audio **** is claiming he asked for is valued at $1260 which is impossible to do for only $1500. His speakers he originally had in his boat are 5 holes which we could not get any other speakers in that size unless we cut the inside of his boat to allow more room, which is also more labor. Totaling well over what he paid. **** is claiming his tires were filled with mud, the parking lot of the business is half grass which **** has parked his boat there multiple times. The cupholders being filled up with water is uncontrollable even with a cover on and we have had multiple days of downpour. The shifter and controls are brand new which we went and lake tested and the boat worked just fine. **** repeatedly called the manager of the business on June ****** in which ***** stated multiple times he was at a funeral and to give the office a call on Monday and we will get everything sorted out. (Conversation uploaded) **** mentioned a few other issues he was having with the boat and ***** stated to drop the boat back off and we would make it right for him. The shop received one call from **** and it was after hours and his boat was not dropped back off. ***** did end up blocking ****** number due to the circumstances. We will resolve the issue by fixing what issues **** is having with the boat.

******, you blew the owners phone while he was at a funeral and when asked to bring it back to correct the issue and for you to call the office on Monday you refused too. How can a business make something correct if the customer is refusing to bring the boat back. I have a link for a few parts but not for the audio unfortunately. You are having everyone in your family leave us bad reviews claiming we risked your life which is completely false. Your life nor anyone else's was at risk.

[Yes you did put my life at risk. When the controls and cables were "replaced" the boot wasn't put back on at the rear of the boat and not only would the boat not shift into gear it was rapidly taking on water. Had it took me any longer to get the boat out of the water the boat would have sank in the water possibly with my girlfriend and dog on board. The boot was not put on incorrectly it simply wasn't put back on at all. In regards to me bringing my boat back to Marine WRX I would never put my life at risk with your business ever again. I've been cheated out of a ton of cash and sabotaged by Marine WRX, the fact that you think it's okay to do that to people is not okay. Your confusion as to why we wouldn't want to bring it back there is hilarious to me. You give me the refund I have requested within a timely manner or you will see me in court soon. Also I texted ***** while he was at a funeral (not called), and we did call the office numerous times with no call back and left many messages. I have the money to get a good lawyer and it would still be a small amount compared to the money you've stolen from me. See you soon!]

    Regards,
