    If I could give a zero star review I would. When I purchased my vehicle, the technician backed it into a pole. I left my newly purchased vehicle at the dealership for four days to be fixed. I think a four day repair time for a chip and dent is ridiculous when (hopefully) trying to make a great impression on a new customer. Recently a friend was charged $1,200+ and had to leave their vehicle overnight on five separate occasions for the installation of auto start. Three quotes from local certified dealership service departments provided an estimate of $500-$600 for this service. ***** in the City Ford service department is one of the most disrespectful young men Ive encountered in a customer-facing position, insinuating a customer will deface a loaner vehicle that a customer has to use while ******************** has to keep a customers car YET AGAIN FOR THE FIFTH TIME for a simple auto start installation. According to *****, the incorrect part was ordered originally. We were never told the reasons for the four subsequent make-up visits that werent the result of a part being ordered incorrectly. It is easy to tell that ***** doesnt view much business as important based on his condescending communication style and attempts at intimidation. I dont recommend visiting City Ford or ********** due to these inefficient and seemingly uneducated experiences.
