      My child got stuck in there car seat. He was stuck for about 30 minutes crying because I could not get him out the car seat. I reported this to the company but they did not resolve the issue.

      I purchased the Emme 360 and paid $382.49 on 1/10 and it arrived on 1/17 damaged. I have contacted the business and provided images to show the damage. I have reached out to both ******** Support and email as well. I notified support of the issue, of how I still installed the product as I do not have another carseat available as the old one has been disposed once I received this one. Support has said they will issue a return label for me to ship the damaged one back for a refund or replacement, meaning that a replacement is available. However the original box is damaged and cannot be shipped back so I requested to have a replacement shipped first so that once I receive the replacement, I can use the replacement box to shipped the damaged one back. Suddenly once I suggested that, the a replacement is no longer available, even though I was offered one a few moments ago. I have clarified that I cannot ship this back in a damaged box and cannot wait another week with no carseat as my child is 8 months and needs to be in a carseat during car rides. Support has been very unhelpful and even lied to me about a replacement once I suggested a replacement first option. Support also suggested I contact *** instead of handling this issue themselves as they refuse to provide any real customer service. Very dishonest business and bad customer service.
