    I purchased some cabinets online on June 21, 2022 I used my debit card to purchase my kitchen cabinets. On July 19th 2022 I reached out via email to have a paper trail and no answers other than on July 20th saying approximately 4 weeks from time of order. August 30th 2022 I asked for a refund get the runaround. September 1st 2022 get a response as some glitch in system and I did not get charged for shipping etc. I asked via email how much for shipping?? Response is I don't have to pay for shipping. Still waiting on cabinets. September 10th I am asking about my cabinets once again. Received email stating to initiate my refund but he wants to speak and now I don't trust them because it becomes a he say she say. I don't understand what information they need to give me my refund when it's been 4 months now and no cabinets. I will not call them on the phone because it becomes a he say she say and I'm not going back-and-forth with a company over the phone. I need paper trail they don't want to email because it leaves paper trail and they refuse to admit they messed up. I was also told they have bigger orders so my little order does not matter. They refuse to process my refund claiming I have to call them. What's my proof that I called them if it's on the phone. They can communicate via email why???they don't want to email because of the paper trail, don't want to process my refund so keep saying that I have to call them why??? they don't want to deliver my product and they're full of excuses what should I do to get my money? Please help!!! I just sent them an email today 10/05/2022 with a snip of my invoice and I have a thread of emails by this company calling me Missy and talking to me like I am an idiot when I'm just asking for my ETA.

    Hi ******** received a letter at my place of business, COLUMBUS CABINETRY LLC in Columbus, IN. -complaint #********, and I tried to get online today to see how to respond but I do not have an account with the BBB.  I have had my website team and my business banker assisting me on how to refund this supposed ladythere are many red-flags with her and I am afraid of this being a scam.  The person used a credit card to order some cabinetry on my website and it was at a time when I was in the middle of changing banksmy old merchant service provider has advised that they cannot refund the same card because they have no access to my new banking account (and I have a new merchant services provider as well).  This person has asked for a money orderand I do not feel comfortable sending her a refund that way (and she also mentioned a Zelle refund)I was trying to get the money put back on her card, but it seems that *** not be possible and I am actually afraid that this person *** not be the owner of the card in the first place.  I have a phone call to my banker todayTodd ********* at ***** Bank to see if a Zelle refund would protect me and he has not called me back yet today.  My website team tried to go back and see what name was on the card, but they said they are unable to see that information.  The cabinet industry has had major product shortages and delays, compounded with shipping/trucking issues and delaysit did take me awhile to get her cabinets.  She said she would come pick these upand she had my address and phone number from my website and her order invoicebut she then decided she just wanted a refund.  I am trying to do this the legal way and I have been scammed with my business before so I am making sure to protect myself and I have been trying to do some research on this customer myself with some red flags popping up about her information such as her phone being registered to *****, and her name having several aliases so I am just leery.  I am happy to refund her and I am trying to get that accomplished and wanted to indicate as such by responding to this complaint but I do not have a profile. I did sign up for one and it says it takes 2 daysso hopefully I will have more info. On the best way to refund her and that her info. Does turn out to be legit.
