      In April 2025, I purchased a 2022 ******* Tucson from the dealership and traded in my 2020 ********** as part of the transaction. During the sale, it was agreed that the dealership would pay off the remaining balance on the ********** loan with ************, totaling $10,600. This included a small overage that I was told would be refunded to me.On July 9, 2025, I contacted ************ to inquire about the status of the refund. I was informed by their representative that the dealership only paid $10,231.32, which covered exactly the remaining loan balance at that time. No overpayment was received, and therefore, no refund is being ************** is a brief transcript excerpt of my conversation with ************ for reference:******: My loan was paid off, and the dealership said they sent you $10,****** Financial (*******): After reviewing the account, I do not see a refund for an overpayment. The dealership paid $10,231.32, which was the exact amount needed to close the account.

      bought a car from Chrysler Dodge and Jeep and maybe a week later I notice something was wrong and I contacted the dealership and they didn't answer till week 3 and told me to get it towed into the ***** dealership because they weren't equipped there to diagnose a ***** I had it towed in and ***** said it had a bad head gasket and that the Chrysler Dodge and Jeep said I had to pay 1500 of the damages and I refused and told them to s**** off. Well, that was back in August/September and didn't hear anything from anyone till I came home two weeks ago, and it was parked in my driveway with the receipt and keys in my mailbox. They say they fixed it, but it sounds awful and smells like burning oil. I have had ***** dealership recheck it twice they say its fixed, but I am not certain, but I call the finance place, and they are telling me I have to pay a lump some money or they could repossess it. I never thought a 5star dealership would be so shady and unprofessional. I traded in a good working car for this one and was without a car for 6months.

      Bought a car, the salesman said it would have a warranty and after signing they notified me otherwise. The suv broke down before the second payment, and had broken down a second time after it was repaired out of pocket. The car does not run, the dealership and finance company both refuse to offer anything to remedy the situation. $7,000 financed after $2,000 down payment and payment number 3 is being made today on a vehicle that will not start leaving a balance of $4,523 before intrest.
