    I am incredibly disappointed in the service I received at the ********, IN UPS store and from the corporate office. I brought in 3 packages to send to 3 different people in 3 different states. The person behind the counter put all 3 labels on the wrong boxes. Not a single one went to the proper address. This should have been a simple fix. It could've been so easy to do the right thing but it turned into a fiasco. I went in immediately after the recipients relayed to me that they had the wrong package. I was treated like an idiot and a liar by the manager. (I have her name but I am being respectful). She would not listen to my issue and basically I just had to leave. All 3 of the intended recipients had to pay AGAIN to have the box they received sent to the correct addressee. I had my daughters then call to help get a refund at the very least and they were also treated with disrespect. The manager said she would speak to her supervisor and get back with me but the only call I got from her was to inform me that she would NOT be speaking with my daughters again and abruptly hung up. My daughters escalated this complaint to the corporate office and spoke with a representative 3 or4 times. He also said he would respond but WE had to continuously call to get updates. He "seemed" sympathetic but eventually caved and did not refund our money even though he said it was UPS store #****'s mistake and acknowledged that the customer service was very poor! From now on, we will ONLY be using the post office or Fed Ex. I don't know how this store is still operating with their terrible customer service, rude employees and ridiculous mistakes and policies. I'm not the only one to complain - check out the other reviews. Tsk tsk tsk. I know this isn't the biggest problem happening today, but to an 80+ year old woman, being treated with fairness and respect would have gone a long ******** of experience: August 07, 2024
