    Steven ********************'s company, ******************** Manufactured Homes, located at *******************************************************, was hired as a sub-contractor by *********************** of Manufactured ********************** to transport my mobile home from ***************************************************************, to ********************************* located at *********************************************************************************************. I do not know when **************** officially hired Mr. ********************* but the attempted transport took place on April 22, 2022. It was raining that day, and the ground was extremely soggy. Mr. ******************** did not use heavy rubber mats to move my mobile home across the property to the road which caused approximately 40 feet of the axles to sink approximately 2 feet into the mud. Then the home was forced back 40 feet whereupon, the frame bent in multiple places causing extreme damage to both the exterior and the interior of the home. Mr. ******************** was asked to repair the damage which he said he would not do. A claim was filed with Mr. ********************'s insurance company; however, he is not insured to transport mobile homes. Neither does Mr. ******************** have an active DOT number. Mr. ******************** is also not licensed by the **************** as a transporter, meaning that he was operating illegally and uninsured when he wrecked my mobile home.
