    I contracted Honeymoon Hauling to move a treadmill from the main floor of my home to the basement. Three movers were hired for the job, but only two movers arrived to the site. The movers arrived without tools to complete the job and repeatedly spoke unfavorably about the difficulty of the task. In the hour that they were at the job site, they removed two bolts from the treadmill. It seemed clear to me that the movers were not interested in completing the task, so they were asked to leave. I contacted the owner of the company, but he never responded nor did he engage in any follow-up with me to address my concerns of the job not being completed.On this same day, there was a contractor doing home repairs at my house. He was shocked to witness such disregard and unprofessionalism toward a job by these employees. He contacted a friend of his and they moved the treadmill to my basement. The work was completed in about twenty minutes.I do not recommend using this company especially since the owner can not demonstarte and extend any courtesy toward his customers.
