    Had eye exam and ordered and paid for new glasses. Went to car and told my daughter in law who had driven me there that I didnt like the frames near as well as my current ones. She told me that I could just get new lenses for my current frames so I had her go right back in and tell them to just order lenses for my current frames. Had lenses put in my current frames in January of this year and was told I would get a refund check in the mail for the frames I had paid for. Have called numerous of times asking about my refund and was told that the check was in the mail but have not received it. I keep calling but have to leave a message and get no response. 3 months is too long to wait for my refund
