On November 20th, 2024, I walked into Greenlight Auto, excited to make my first major purchase. This was a huge milestone due to me being diagnosed with leukemia during my teen years and left with uncertainty whether this day would ever happen. I was flooded with emotion. That day, I test-drove a 2017 ****** Sentra SV. During the drive, I noticed a slight slip in the tires but assumed it was due to the wet road or my driving style. I mentioned it to *****, the sales **** but she dismissed it with a simple hmm. ***** rushed through the process, then *******, another employee, joined to finalize the paperwork. He assured me the car had no accidents and wasnt defective.I paid $2,600 for the down payment and drove away ecstatic. That feeling lasted only 13 days. By then, the car had issuesit wouldnt shift gears, struggled to accelerate, and the **** fluctuated. I texted ***** but was told she wasnt in the office. Frustrated, I brought the car in on December 2nd. ***** laughed when I described the issues, She told me to take the car to a warranty-approved mechanic, recommending Positive Performance in ********, *******. I didnt trust her suggestion and went to **** **** ****** instead. They found a blown torque converter seal, causing total transmission failure. My warranty claim was denied because the seal wasnt covered.I turned to ******* for help. During a meeting with him and my aunt, he admitted that Positive Performance manipulates codes to ensure claims are approved, which felt unethical. He offered to cover labor costs if I paid $3,000 for a new transmission. After investing everything into the car, I couldnt afford it. This ordeal caused me to miss work, lose my transportation, and ultimately, my home. I am now forced to separate from my service animal and face even greater financial hardship.I respectfully request a full refund of my $2,600 down payment. After only 13 days of use, this car caused immense lossesfinancially and emotionally.

These claims are false on multiple levels.
Green Light Auto has offered to help every step of the way, after customer and family continued to scream and use profanity toward our team.
The vehicle was purchased on an AS-IS basis (Indiana State Buyer's Guide Completed), repairs and maintenance are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Green Light has offered help on multiple occasions throughout this process, even with the derogatory treatment received.

After all of the defamatory claims, Green Light Auto still wishes the customer and family the best.
