    Terrible experience. No communication. Took my money and never heard back. Stay away from this company. 10 days of emails and calls. No return.

    Shipped the item out quickly after receiving the order.  However, we were unaware for several days that *** had actually lost the pkg after they had picked it up.  Yes it happens.  Once we were aware of this, we ***orted it to our *** who is attempting to locate.  Told customer that we were working to find it but he continues to call us and emails and stalk us.  He even went onto our FB page and wrote messages on every one of our posts.  Now he's on bbb leaving bad reviews and badmouthing us.  We did our job perfectly but *** has failed and he blames us.  We will remedy the situation for him either by a ***lacement or refund, but he's being incorrigible about the situation and it's completely unfair and not our fault that *** lost the item we shipped.
