    I placed an order online for pickup. Upon arrival, there was an enormous line for the drive-thru that I was made to wait in just to get to a parking spot for pick up. While waiting in line, I saw two people enter the business to pick up their online orders. When I walked up to the door to pick up the order, the doors were locked. I called and spoke with someone and was told that just because I ordered online didn't make me a priority, and was told she didn't know what I wanted her to do (obviously all I wanted was to pick my order up) I stated I understood that I knew i wasn't prioritized over anyone, but that I placed the order, paid for the order and was emailed stating that the order would be ready at 8:33. I said, I dont understand how I'm supposed to pick the order up if the door is locked......she hung up on me. Another employee was walking up when I was walking away, I stopped her and told her what the issue was, was told to hold on and she'd figure out what was going on. In the meantime, the girl I spoke with on the phone came to the door and asked if I was the one that had just called and I said yes. She said yeah, well you're going to have to go out and get in the line, which was about 15 cars long, to pick up an order that I placed for lobby pick up. I told her I wanted the order canceled, because I wasn't going to wait in a line for an hour.....that was the point of the online order. She said she wouldn't be doing that, I would need to call my bank, and very sarcastically told me Merry Christmas.
