  I recently had a plumbing issue. My bathroom tub faucet was dripping. It had continually been getting worse. H20 representative walked int the bathroom door, looked at the tub and said "yeah, we charge $385 for that. You can contact Delta and get the part for free if you want to go through the hassle and wait forever.'" Since it had gotten worse, I told him to fix it. (This same gentleman came about a year ago for the same issue and quoted $185. I just didn't have the funds at that time and the drip was minor.) He removed the part in less than 5 minutes, left to purchase the replacement part and returned in about 30-45 minutes. He fixed the problem in about 5 minutes and was ready to leave. I wrote the check and asked for an invoice. He stated they would email one to me. When I got it, there wasn't any breakdown of parts and labor, just a total amount due. I responded to their "how do you rate our service" email and told them of my disappointment of the fee that was charged for the time spent in my home. They did not respond back to me. I also told them I would be filing a complaint with the BBB. My faucet is fixed, but at an unreasonable price. I thought it would take much longer to repair. I have since checked and the replacement part was not that expensive. This company is not very professional when it comes to their business and this is obviously price gouging at its finest. I will not use this company ever again and would not ever recommend their services to anyone. (they probably are not concerned about negative reviews because they are not members of the BBB.) They are taking advantage of people in need of plumbing services and don't seem to care about customer complaints or their reputation. Lesson well learned by me.

  The technician did price before doing the job. My issue was that the only invoice that sent by email after I paid him was a total amount. There was no breakdown of parts and labor. Can that be provided to me and if you can't, that proves that this particular service was shady to say the least. Every reputable company will provide that information to their customers. I wrote the check, handed it to him and asked for a receipt. He said it would be emailed. When it came, it was generic, with only a total amount due. I addressed that in your "How did we do questionnaire." There was no response to me. Thats why I question the business practices. I will definitely spread the word about how business is done, and I will not ever use this company service again. Not professional.

  On Time, Professional, within budget and efficient. I will look at them first for future plumbing work.
