    Complaint: ********

    Dear BBB,
everything that she says in her response is false. Other than I signed a lease for a full new year with her when I should have never had to sign a full years lease sheet being here for 9 years at that time! There was in fact very much a CO2 leak and you can call the gas company to verify that. I didn’t not get a responds from either the property manager or the owners of the property. The company states it was on the love of hazard to non hazardous and as far as my father goes he’s not in the lease.. as well as yes he drops off the check to her but it’s not his funds! I don’t understand why she would even bring him in on this. She gag now sent me a letter stating that they have quit on my landlords and are no longer the property managers as of 6/15/25. Just a few days after I filed the complaint. So I find that interesting as well as the Cobb heating n cooling that came to fix it ** ******* states it was more on the hazard side then the other way around. Plus I’ve had black mold in my bathroom the floor has been falling apart for six years who knows how long the leak had been there. She is full of bologna and way off about any repairs yeah they are trying to get them all done now. But only cuz I treated to not pay rent they have sent me letters about if I didn’t sign the lease again I was gonna be evicted in 30 days. So they is allot more to the story then she leading on at all. She just doesn’t want to be responsible for anything and trust me she needs to be held  accountable she knew everything about the problems when I signed the l Lease in nov 2024.
    Thanks,
    *******
Sent from my iPhonetub that is not draining. I have had human feces in my basement that I have had to clean up at least once a year, if not twice or three times a year. The pipes have roots growing through them. This issue has occurred in the kitchen, where there are two plugs instead of three. They recently fixed the one outlet because I informed them that it had sparked where the refrigerator and microwave were plugged in together. I tried to explain to them that the outlet was not up to code, but they refused to fix all the outlets. This is not a healthy situation. A CO2 leak is what initially started this problem, and it has been ongoing for a long time. They have refused to fix anything unless I repeatedly complain. **** **** ***** has not spoken to me at all throughout this process. I have spoken to my landlords, and there is black mold all over the roof, mostly in the bathroom. It seems to be coming through the bathroom roof because there is no ventilation in there. I have painted it three times

    To BBB.

The Short-Bates Realty Group is a 3rd party property manager for the owner of the property. We took the management over in November of 2024 and had the tenant sign a new lease beginning January 01, 2025. The tenant's father has paid the rent monthly in person at our office.

We forward all maintenance or repair requests to the owner. They have handled all arrangements for repair either by themselves or hiring professional contractors.

With regard to the complaint of a CO2 leak: ******* ********* which is our local gas company was contacted and inspected with no CO2 detected. Our understanding is that the owner of the property, the gas company and the father of the tenant were all there at the time of inspection.

    Thank you
